Robert Asked: The DUI and DUID Process in Pennsylvania – The Preliminary Hearing?

We need some easy to understand assistance with this.
Would someone walk me through what typically happens in a first offense DUI (DUID, actually) PRELIMINARY HEARING in PA (Pennsylvania)?The accused has retained a lawyer, yet every email he answers, he charges anywhere from about $16 to $55 !
If someone would be so kind as to take some of the mystery out of this (the unknown can cause a lot of stress!!)
So…..the accused walks in to the PH and what happens?Also, what happens immediately after the PH is over?
ANY help you can provide would be appreciated.
(BTW, DUID = Driving under the influence of a drug or drugs)…in HIS case, the medications were both LEGALLY PRESCRIBED Rx meds taken as directed.Blood work was taken and the resuts showed there was enough of the medication to "possibly" cause impairment pending any other reason.
This happened in March and the PH is in June and frankly, I forget some of what the lawyer said about the PH.

Should I end it with Marquis deciding to try and train as a teacher? Or should Jess fall pregnant?

I have a scar on my chest from an surgery need due to a serious injury when i was very young i also needed chest tubes from the surgery so i have a few scars on my chest nothing horrible and im going to try to get rid of them with plastic surgery or something first but if not im really thinking about covering them with a tattoo because it effects my confidence but i so badly want to be an actor and i dont want this to effect anything . I would only get a tattoo big enough to cover the scar and i think a tattoo would be better then a scar anyways as even though the scar is not very wide it goes down about 1/3 to 1/ half of my chest . Besides this im a very very good looking guy and this is just really something that bothers me . Besides that im very talented and i have the look but the scar is effecting my confidence so im wondering what the best Solution to get rid of it is

i know someone who was killed my driver and the driver failed to stop and render aid. Everyone thinks and believes the driver was drunk everything can sort of point to that but again their is no proof the driver was drunk as she left the crime scene.

anyhow i was wondering obviously the driver could go home and contact their lawyer right? and tell them " i was drunk and hit this person" or when the police comes for them and they get their lawyer they could tell their lawyer "i was drunk and ran this person over and kept driving because i did not want to get busted at the scene for being drunk"

i am pretty sure that is how it works. So basically your lawyer can know that you killed someone or you were drunk but they will HELP you cover that up and not get you in trouble for that?

also what if the lawyer wished to tell on you for what you did? is that legal or no?

A friend of mine screwed me over big time! When I tried contacting other over the behavior "She has said this about me, what has she said to you about me?"Others blocked contact with her.. What she was saying about me was bad and others were so taken back by it they erased her from their lives.

I found out she was selling her partners possessions, sleeping around on him with men twice her age for money and asking others for money.. She had a "Special" person on the side who she was going to move in with and had set up an appointment with a lawyer to get full custody of the children and her partners house..
1 Week before moving she had a house sorted, and had her "New man" moving in with her, I called and explained all to her partner, he went home and found her in bed with the man, his own possessions boxed up and a letter from her new landlord.. Along with $5000. With letters to him she wrote explaining he was useless in bed, ugly messed in the head and never loved him..
( She frequently said how unattractive he was and that she was going to leave him)

She had a huge breakdown and now is apparently bipolar.
She doesn't know it was me who said anything and in the middle of her "Really scary bipolar episode where she was apparently shaking and not talking sense" she emailed me "Oh dear it looks as if I have bipolar looks as if I'm staying here."

Is this a typical bipolar episode?

I'm thinking probably somewhere in the leg, but I'm not entirely sure where in the leg would cause what levels of damage.

Here's the deal, I was in a helmet to helmet collision during a game of football on campus in February. I was knocked out cold and woke up thinking it was 2008. I spent a week out of classes then resumed even though I was in rough shape. (No differences regarding sex drive yet). Early April came by and friends noticed I was acting strange: Didn't recognize them, asked them who I was where I was? My head hurt real bad and everything went black. I literally woke up and an entire month had gone by in literally the blink of an eye. I suffered a subdermal hematoma ( blood pushing on the brain) with a midline shift. Everything is a blur and aside from the shakes and a slight feeling of disorientation or "I am not in my own body" at times, I am recovering well. However. . .
Since my release I have experienced an increase in sex drive. Like a freaking big increase. It worries me. I'm a growing boy (22) so I naturally should be feeling strong, but the hormones are starting to make me feel like this is abnormal. I can't seem to stop masterbating. I find porn immoral but since my release I find myself slipping further and further and into weirder and weirder porn. I am a christian and really don't understand why I am doing this. If I am not looking at porn I'll masterbate to anything. My body arouses itself on anything that moves, literally. I am not this way normally. Sure I've seen porn before and masterbated but not like this! It feels unhealthy. Since I am recovering I'm in bed and resting mostly and opens up that avenue to continue. How do I stop this behavior!?!?!?

These both have the same lawyer, but the lawyer incriminates Defendant A while defending Defendant B.
Could anyone tell me the process as the claimant, to have this lawyer removed from representing one of them or both of them.
Are there any CPR or European Laws which would enable me to get the judge to order the lawyer be removed from representing the defendants.
Case Law would also help thanks. If it goes forward as it is, it could and would lead to a miscarriage of justice.

My question is: My ex says we have joint custody, and I say it's sole custody.I didn't need a lawyer, as I got everything I wanted in the divorce.It isn't a huge deal either way, just wanted clarification.

There is NO mention of joint custody ANYWHERE on any paper I've gotten from his lawyer.

It didn't hurt when i did it because i was in shock but now It's giving me pain every time I move my leg (Sit down – Stand up) and when I walk sometimes.. What could this be? Will it just be the gash that's giving me the pain? As it hurts when i move my leg but not when i don't. Or could this be more serious?
